Shipping

Our artisanal hand made beauty products are fresh and made to order. Our made to order products are shipped 3-5 days of receiving your order. 

On Hand Orders - We ship on hand products within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

Orders received over the weekend will be processed for shipping on Monday. During holiday times, it may take a few days longer.

If you do not receive your products within this timeframe, please notify us at info@soulbalmsisters.com.

Please be sure to provide us with accurate shipping information when placing your order.

NOTE: The customer IS responsible for all charges incurred when a package is considered undeliverable or returned to us by the shipper due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. 

A tracking number is provided when your order ships.
